First Place celebrates Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr's birthday

We celebrated Martin Luther King Day on Friday, January 13th in the afternoon. Each year our birthday celebration in honor of Dr. King is exciting and energetic. Each classroom had a chance to highlight their hard work and creativity; we enjoyed singing, dancing and drama, and Ms. Maryamu acted as emcee. The classroom of Ms. Andria prepared “I Have A Dream” Speeches and read them using a microphone. Here is a selection of photographs and writing from the party.
